I like to give people time to review the files. Them but I've shown this to other people and they found things they lost. You'll want to move those files to another folder. It's hard to find unless you check the registry or know where to go.

=> It could also be a large PST or OST file, those come along for the ride when you do an update of Office. Did you try starting Outlook with /RPCDiag ? This can show you attempts to server and fails, also shows response time.
